Jose Costa has been helping South Florida families navigate one of the country's most dynamic real estate markets for over a decade. Jose first made South Florida home in Fort Lauderdale before settling in Wellington, where he has lived since 2004 — bringing a personal understanding of what it means to put down roots in this region.
Over his career, Jose has helped hundreds of families find rental homes — particularly in western Palm Beach County — and helped property owners find reliable tenants. Many of his closest long-term client relationships started with a rental and grew into a homeownership journey. It's a part of the business he takes as seriously as any sale.
