Jose's Take

Boynton Beach has the widest range of options of any city I work in. A $150,000 condo in a 55+ building and a $750,000 home in a gated community on the west side are both Boynton Beach. I've helped Haitian families settle near Seacrest, Latin families near Congress, and families from up north who want the beach without the Delray price. The Federal Highway corridor has been changing fast and I've watched what that's done to values in the streets around it.

We weren't expecting to fall in love with Boynton Beach. Jose took us down to the marina area and through a few streets we never would have found on our own. We put in an offer within the week. We just closed on our second property here last spring.

Newer Construction and Gated Communities

Newer construction or larger homes in gated communities further west (33472/33473 zip codes), typically with more updated systems, bigger lots, and community amenities like pools and clubhouses.
